Assistant District Attorney James Leonard Malicious Prosecution Fraud and Harassment



Assistant Santa Clara County District Attorney James Leonard facilitated the Malicious Prosecution of San Francisco Bay Area Community Activist, Cary-Andrew Crittenden. Leonard also orchestrated a massive harassment campaign against Crittenden in retaliation for his involvement in exposing crimes committed by a Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge.

Cary-Andrew Crittenden was railroaded by Santa Clara County Assistant District Attorney: James Leonard.
